Primary care is provided at Street Health Centre by a team of registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physicians. Street Health Centre provides acute and episodic care services to those looking for support with an active substance use disorder. Street Health provides health assessments, treatment for acute health problems, and referrals are provided by our team through visits by appointments, pre-booked and same day.
