In this monthly group session, you will have a chance to set goals for yourself and foster accountability to help you achieve your 150 minutes a week of cardiovascular activity. Each month we will have (roughly) a 30-minute education session on a heart healthy topic, followed by 30 minutes of movement/exercise related to the education topic of the day.
