Repeats weekly on Thursday for 10 times.

In partnership with AVOID Frailty, the Otago Exercise Program can reduce your risk of falling by improving muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and reaction time. Classes start Thursday April 27, 10:30 to 11:30am and run weekly for 10 weeks.

Location: Kingston Community Health Centre 263 Weller Ave, Unit 4

Best suited for:
• Persons who are at risk for falling or have fallen in the past year.
• Persons who have muscle and balance difficulties.
• Persons who can walk with or without a walking aid
