Programs At Home – Seniors Kingston

No special equipment – just your phone. Phone From Home programs last for 1 hour, with 10 to 20 people on the line. Seniors Association membership is not required. No cost! Various dates below.

How to Sign Up:

  1. Call The Seniors Centre 613.548.7810 ext 238.
  2. State your name and what program you would like to sign up for (you can choose more than one).
  3. This information will be given to the Program Facilitator.
  4. You’ll receive a phone number, extension number, and conference number.
  5. These numbers will be needed to call into your program.
