N.B. Registration is required! This group will teach you how to lift weights and make dietary changes to preserve your bone mass and help to prevent Osteoporosis.  You will also learn how to improve your balance and posture to prevent fractures.  The program consists of full fitness assessments, workout programming, and monthly follow up visits for accountability.  Free ebook included!
