The NACHC Community Development Worker for Youth connects individuals with community partners and resources. The Lennox & Addington Youth Hub is based out of the Napanee Area Community Health Centre and offers services and programs to youth aged 10 to 25 and their families.
- Services include one-on-one system navigation, referrals and supports for youth and their families.
- Programs include both virtual and in-person groups that are recreational, psychoeducational and focused on youth engagement. Learn more about Youth Programs
