Position Summary<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Outreach Worker will provide outreach to marginalized community members living with\/at risk of acquiring hepatitis C. This position will assist in the design and delivery of education and training sessions, provide information and support services and promote referrals to testing and treatment.
