HIPPY leverages Parent\/Guardian motivation to give their children the best start in life and build their capacity, confidence and community connections as they take on the lead role in preparing their children for school. The Home Visitor, with training, support and supervision from the HIPPY Coordinator will provide deliver the HIPPY program to parents of and assist them in teaching their up to 5-year old children and preparing them for school.
