Family physicians are supported by nurses, a team of allied health professionals and specialist physicians. Together the dedicated team supports people\u2019s best health and wellness through every stage of their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>The Health Home model of care<\/strong> is being introduced by the Frontenac, Lennox &amp; Addington Ontario Health Team (FLA OHT) across the region. A&nbsp;Health Home is a home base for easy access to all the health care and wellness services needed to achieve our best health.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Our Team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Family Physician\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dr. Aaron McGregor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Nurse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Administrative staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">NOTE: Hours vary with physician&rsquo;s hospitalist schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">People need to be rostered to the clinic&rsquo;s Family Physicians to receive care at this site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator aligncenter has-text-color has-info-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-info-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Looking for a primary care provider?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">People could get rostered the Greater Napanee Health Home if they live in the area and do not have a primary care provider (family physician or nurse practitioner), by registering with Health Care Connect. <a href=\"https:\/\/flaoht.ca\/pages\/hcc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Learn more about Health Care Connect<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">People without a primary care provider (family physician or nurse practitioner) can receive care at the <a href=\"https:\/\/kchc.ca\/programs\/access-clinic\/\">GNHH Access Clinic<\/a>, while waiting to get attached.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. McGregor&rsquo;s Family Medicine site of the Greater Napanee Health Home offers ongoing comprehensive primary care through a team-based model.
