Position Summary

The Mobile Market Food Box Organizer is a key operational role responsible for the coordination and execution of the monthly Good Food Box and Seniors’ Food Box programs.

Working closely with Community Development, this role ensures the efficient packing and delivery of 800+ food boxes to families and seniors. Core duties involve managing the logistics chain—from taking orders and procuring wholesale food items to organizing distribution. A major component of the role is managing volunteers, including recruitment, training, and mentoring a team of 40+ individuals who assist with packing and door-to-door delivery route planning.
