The ACCESS CLINIC is for people who have already been connected to the Greater Napanee Health Home (GNHH), by attending our rostering event and/or being connected via Health Care Connect.
If you have been connected/rostered to the group but have not yet had their first appointment – « Meet and Greet » – with the new primary care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner), you can use this clinic for time sensitive concerns (as listed below) while you wait to meet your Primary Care Provider.
- Appointments can be made for:
- prescription renewals (not for controlled substances)
- people must bring to this appointment a printed copy of medication history from the pharmacy
- acute episodic or urgent (non life-threatening issues) issues, such as:
- urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- ear infections or eye infections (pink eye)
- animal or insect bites
- allergic reactions that are not life threatening
- new rashes
- prescription renewals (not for controlled substances)
This is NOT a walk-in clinic – people must have an appointment to be seen.
We ask that you book your appointment online at: https://bit.ly/gnhhaccessclinic or click on this button:
Book an appointment at the Access ClinicInformation about Online Booking and the Access Clinic:
- These appointments are meant for acute/episodic (time sensitive, not long term issues). For this reason, appointments can only be booked less than a week in advance.
- If an appointment is not available, please save this link and continue to check back as more appointments may become available.
- This clinic will run Monday – Friday subject to provider availability. Appointments are limited.
- We ask that appointments be made online for a few key reasons:
- Booking an appointment through the link will automatically link your appointment to your chart in our system.
- It allows you to schedule an appointment even when our office is closed.
- Our administrative capacity is limited. We do not have the capacity to return voicemails related to this clinic and those who are not yet connected to one of our providers.
If you do not have internet access or are having trouble booking, please call (613) 354-8937. As mentioned above, please do not leave a voicemail related to scheduling an appointment at the Access Clinic as they will not be returned. Please call during our regular business hours and speak with a medical secretary. You will be asked and encouraged to book online.
