The Rural Frontenac Lennox and Addington Allied Health Team provides healthcare services to patients of the primary care practices in the region. These services are funded by the Ministry of Health through Kingston Community Health Centres and are provided at no cost.

This program supports patients and families with respiratory assessments and provides information regarding lung health.
Our kinesiologist works with individuals to assess physical health goals, then provides an exercise prescription and follow-up counselling to support with the implementation of these goals.
Our Digital Health Connector uses technology to improve health in the region by enhancing healthcare access and delivery.
