Alongside exercise training, the program emphasizes education and long-term behaviour change to support lasting, health-promoting habits. With a strong focus on self-management, participants build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to manage their COPD, and receive a personalized COPD Action Plan to complete with their primary care provider— all with the goal of improving both physical and psychological well-being.
