Napanee Area Community Health Centre, a site of the Greater Napanee Health Home, offers ongoing comprehensive primary care through a team-based model. Nurse practitioners are supported by nurses, a team of allied health professionals and specialist physicians. Together the dedicated team supports people’s best health and wellness through every stage of their lives.

The Health Home model of care is being introduced by the Frontenac, Lennox & Addington Ontario Health Team (FLA OHT) across the region. A Health Home is a home base for easy access to all the health care and wellness services needed to achieve our best health.

Access Clinic

For people without a Primary Care Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Family Doctor) living in the Town of Greater Napanee, we are offering appointments at our Access Clinic for:

  • prescription renewals
  • acute episodic or urgent issues such as, UTIs, ear infections, eye infections, etc., (non life-threatening issues).

More appointments will be added as more providers join our team become available. If no appointments are displayed, check back later.


NACHC offers many other health services and programs to community members who live within NACHC’s catchment area.  Services are free unless otherwise stated.

Programs and Services at this Location


Napanee Area Community Health Centre serves about 60,000 residents of the Rural Frontenac Lennox and Addington region, spread out over a very large and rural district. Many programs and services are offered at this Napanee site.

The Access Clinic at the NACHC site offers primary care for urgent health issues for people who do not have a primary care proivder.

Our foot care nurse specializes in diabetic and advanced foot care.

Counselling and therapy services are offered to individuals who are patients, clients, or participants in KCHC programs.

We provide oral health services to low-income individuals and families with limited or no access to dental care.

Certified Diabetes Educators offer programs and services out of our Napanee office to help people manage their diabetes.
