Did you know that Midtown Kingston Health Home is working towards a French Service Language Designation in primary care? This means that our team offers medical appointments in French! While our team members are not all fully bilingual, we are working hard to make this a home for Kingston’s francophone community! As we move through this process, please be aware that we may not always be able to serve you in French (e.g. when calling to book an appointment or when our nursing team triages you), but we are always happy to offer phone interpretation services or digital tools.
If you are a francophone resident without access to primary care (you do not have a family doctor) and would like to be considered to be rostered to a French speaking medical provider, please complete the information in the link below. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider patients already attached to care with a family doctor.
