If you are experiencing symptoms of burnout and wish to take the path to recovery, this free, 5-week therapy group offers a space of empathy and non-judgment to understand burnout better, interrupt its cycles, and learn strategies to improve your wellbeing.

In this group, we will address:
* Causes and vulnerabilities
* The biopsychosocial model of burnout
* Stigma and feelings associated with burnout
* Stress-management & mindfulness techniques

Sessions run every Tuesday for 5 consecutive weeks.
