Position Summary
The Team Lead – Student Experience is responsible for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of academic and social programming within the Pathways to Education (P2E) Program. The role involves building relationships with staff, community partners, schools, and volunteers to enhance resources and programming for Program participants. The Team Lead supports the Program Manager and collaborates regularly with the Researcher and other Team Leads to ensure effective program delivery.
