On the first and third Tuesday of each month, an ODSP caseworker is onsite to assist with Medical Special Necessities (MSN) forms, including medical travel, diabetic and respiratory supplies, Special Diet Allowance (SDA) forms, Disability Determination Packages (DDP), and ODSP medical and financial benefits. This service is walk-in only, with no appointment needed.
