Join the Self-Management Program of Southeastern Ontario to get practical tools and support to help you take better care of yourself, while caring for a loved one.

This is a 6 week course on Thursday evenings, from September 24 to October 29, 2026, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm EST. Due to funding, we are only able to accept participants from Southeast Ontario.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an educational program designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend. You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend, someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country.
