Train your brain away from pain – Join us for this 2.5-hour workshop to explore pain relief techniques using CBT and mindfulness.

Empowered Relief is a pain management program developed at Stanford University by pain psychologists. It’s a single-session, 2.5-hour workshop that teaches participants pain relief skills using cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT) and mindfulness principles. The program will help you manage their pain and improve their quality of life.

This online session via Zoom is on:
Tuesday, June 9, 2026 from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm EST *evening session

We will learn to identify and challenge negative thought patterns that can exacerbate pain, practice relaxation techniques to manage pain and stress, and develop a personalized plan to address their specific pain challenges.

Please note that we can only accept residents of Southeast Ontario.
