Craving Change is a free, four-week virtual workshop offered on Thursday, January 7, 14, 21 and 28.
Craving Change is a supportive, practical workshop designed to help participants explore and change their relationship with food. Rather than focusing on diets or willpower, this program helps you understand why you eat the way you do and builds skills to respond to cravings and emotional eating with greater awareness and self-compassion.
Over four weekly virtual sessions, participants will learn practical tools to:
- Better understand eating habits and triggers
- Explore the connection between food, emotions, and comfort
- Develop new ways to cope with stress and difficult feelings
- Build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food
