The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) essentials course provides evidence-based training to equip you with the skills and confidence to assist someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.
Participants will:
- Learn the signs and symptoms of declining mental well-being
- Explore common mental health challenges and crisis situations
- Practice supportive conversations and response strategies
- Increase confidence in helping others while also caring for themselves
- Build awareness, empathy, and practical workplace/community skills
The Essentials course is a practical and engaging one-day experience designed to help participants better understand mental health challenges, recognize changes in well-being, and build confidence in responding with care and support.
This course is ideal for workplaces, teams, leaders, educators, helpers, and community members looking for meaningful, usable mental health skills right now.
