Each week, participants can look forward to learning a variety of cooking methods, how to follow and adapt recipes, make ingredient substitutions, and stretch their food dollars. The program also explores cultural foods and emphasizes using fresh, local ingredients. All are welcome.
Participants are encouraged to bring and share recipes they enjoy making at home—whether they are family favourites, cultural dishes, or community staples. This program is completely free of charge. Just as importantly, it’s a chance to connect with others, build relationships, and grow community through food.
