Early Childhood Assistant

Position Summary

The Early Childhood Assistant is responsible for assisting the RECE’s in the delivery of a high quality program support aimed at improving the developmental readiness of children in KCHC early years programs. All programming is to be delivered within the context of the Provincial Pedagogical Framework, including How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years, and in accordance with the College of Early Childhood Educators Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
