Nurse Practitioner, Weller Clinic

Position Summary

The Nurse Practitioner is a member of the primary health care team. The emphasis is on holistic care, health promotion, and disease prevention and includes trans health care. This position provides a combination of primary care responsibilities as well as supporting the transgender health care program at the Weller clinic site. The Nurse Practitioner works as an integral part of clients’ broader healthcare teams and in close collaboration with an MD and a multidisciplinary allied health team.
