Position Summary

The Project Manager plays a critical organizational role at Kingston Community Health Centres providing hands-on project leadership and execution across the clinical portfolio and as needed, across programs and the broader organization. This position is equally responsible for leading and completing project work. The Project Manager is both a strategic driver and a direct contributor to deliverables.

Embedded within the Clinical Services portfolio, this role operates with a flexible and evolving focus,  allowing for responsiveness to organization priorities while continuing to support clinical service objectives. The Project Manager succeeds through influence, collaboration, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced community health environment.
