Counselling and therapy services are offered to people living in Kingston who are patients, clients, or participants in KCHC programs. In addition, a variety of groups are offered on an occasional basis which encourage and promote skill development in the areas of self-care, wellness and the management of powerful emotions. Clients may be referred or self-refer for these services. There may be a waiting list at times for counselling services.
We are part of a multi-site health collective that uses a common electronic medical record system along with Greater Napanee Health Home, Midtown Kingston Health Home, rural Kingston Family Health Organizations (Sydenham, Tamworth, Newburgh & Verona clinics) as well as some specialist physician partners with whom we collaborate. If your primary care provider works in any of these clinics they will be notified of your visit at KCHC.
