This is a one-hour workshop, either virtual/online or in person. The facilitators have personal lived experience with neurodivergence and/or adult autism, and the program was developed by a trained educator also with lived experience, in conjunction with the Neuroaffirming Community of Practice in Kingston, Ontario.
Anyone living in Southeast Ontario can register. There are no referrals needed and the cost is completely free. We are funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
