Ongoing primary care is available to patients registered with our family physicians and/or nurse practitioners. Those without a primary care provider are encouraged to register through Health Care Connect by phone at 1-800-445-1822 or online.
We work in a collaborative dyad model, which means a physician and a nurse practitioner work together to manage your health. This allows us to offer more appointments, and you can choose to book with your physician or nurse practitioner, depending on your needs and their availability. Urgent Access Appointments for Midtown Kingston Health Home Patients
If you are registered with a primary care provider at the clinic, we offer same day and same week appointments every day! We also have advanced access/after-hours care on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m.

If you need an appointment outside of our hours, please call East Regional Virtual Care Clinic at 1-888-684-1999 or visit their website for virtual appointments. They are open 1:00 to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week.
