Our Super Seniors program offers older adults in the community a meaningful way to volunteer, stay connected, and engage with their neighbours.
Volunteering comes with a wide range of benefits, including reducing social isolation, building new skills, and supporting personal growth, confidence, and a sense of purpose.
All of our seniors’ programs are supported by our Super Seniors members, including our Penguins social group, Older Adults Day, Super Seniors Speaker Series, Feel Good Fridays and Urban Pole Walking Group.
If you are interested in joining as a volunteer or member of any of our various groups, please contact Spencer or Riley to register!
