Join us for an afternoon of learning about your diabetes – informed advice and helpful support from professionals!

Are you newly diagnosed? Have you never had diabetes education or has it been awhile? The world of diabetes management changes fast so come join us for everything you need to know to protect your health in one afternoon.

Diabetes 101 is a course designed to provide a foundation for improving your health when you have diabetes or are at risk of diabetes. Topics covered include healthy eating, physical activity, what diabetes is, diabetes medications, what screening and lab work you need and how often, and much more. This interactive program is run monthly at the Napanee Area Community Health Centre by Certified Diabetes Educators.
