Join us every Monday for Older Adults Day. Summer sessions will be held at KCHC (263 Weller Avenue). Programs offer a variety of activities to keep you active, connected, and engaged, including a Seniors Strength, Fitness & Balance Maintenance Exercise Group, Talking Café, Board Game Café, Monthly Book Club, Super Seniors Speaker Series and a Tech Tutor Program.
Transportation supports are available if needed, and light refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
