Developed by universities this six-week series of 2.5 hour interactive workshops will help you with nearly any chronic condition that you are experiencing (see below for examples).

  • Develop coping skills
  • Build your confidence and motivation
  • Better manage your symptoms and the daily tasks
  • Deal with frustration, fatigue, isolation and poor sleep       
  • Maintain and improve strength, flexibility and endurance        
  • Make healthy food choices       
  • Communicate with your health care team and family members       
  • Pace activity and rest       
  • Evaluate treatments
  • Set weekly goals

The workshop does not conflict with other programs or treatment and is designed to enhance your other regular treatment.
