Counselling and therapy services are offered to individuals, couples and families living in Kingston, who are patients, clients, or participants in Midtown Kingston Health Home programs. A variety of groups are also offered on an occasional basis which encourage and promote social connection and the practice of various coping strategies for addressing mental health. Clients may be referred or self-refer for these services. There may be a waiting list at times for counselling services.

It can also help with racing thoughts and nighttime anxiety. Participants will learn practical strategies to build healthier sleep habits and improve their rest.
