This month’s speaker is Danielle Muscedere, from KCHC, who will talk about the community gardens program, how to get involved, the benefits of gardening, along with some tips and tricks for gardening at home.

Programming includes exercise and fall prevention classes, a talking cafe, instrument lending and music lessons, Minds in Motion classes by the Alzheimer’s Society of KFL&A and a monthly hot meal for all participants.
