Napanee Area Community Health Centre serves about 60,000 residents of the Rural Frontenac Lennox and Addington region, spread out over a very large and rural district. All services are free unless otherwise stated.
Primary Health Care services are available to community members who live within NACHC’s catchment area. As a reminder, we are not a walk-in clinic, and some services are available only to rostered patients or clients (noted below).

Our Community Development team meets people where they are at and advocates for their success.
We provide oral health services to low-income individuals and families with limited or no access to dental care.
Two Certified Diabetes Educators offer services to help manage diabetes out of our Napanee office.
The Lennox & Addington Youth Services is based out of the Napanee Area Community Health Centre and offers services and programs to youth aged 10 to 25 and their families.
