The Lennox & Addington Youth Services is based out of the Napanee Area Community Health Centre and offers services and programs to youth aged 10 to 25 and their families.

Seniors 55+ struggling to make ends meet can receive a free box of fresh produce and dry goods, delivered to their home monthly.

A community-driven initiative that allows anyone to purchase an assorted basket of fruits and vegetables for less than the cost at the grocery store.
Teach Resilience
Adversity experienced in childhood might be the most important predictor of adult health, social outcomes and well-being. Teach Resilience exists to spread the message and support steps towards stronger, healthier, and more vibrant communities.
Practical Assistance at Weller
This program offers practical advice, information referral, and connects individuals and families with appropriate resources within the community.
Getting Ahead in a Just Getting By World
A 16-session program where participants examine their own experience of poverty and develop a plan of change for their life.
Circles
Circles Kingston supports people living in poverty toward their self-sufficiency goals by building connections across socio-economic lines.
Bridges out of Poverty
Bridges Out of Poverty is one-day, virtual workshop that is open to all KCHC staff, including those in management or service-delivery.
