We meet via online video chat (Zoom), making participation accessible from wherever you are most comfortable. We will explore life hacks and real-life experiences of autism, ADHD, dyslexia, OCD, sensory processing, and more.
This is a one-hour workshop, either virtual/online or in person. The facilitators have personal lived experience with neurodivergence and/or adult autism, and the program was developed by a trained educator also with lived experience, in conjunction with the Neuroaffirming Community of Practice in Kingston, Ontario.
