Our program is one of 14 Self-Management Programs across Ontario. We offer FREE evidence-based self-management trainings and workshops to clients, caregivers and health care professionals across the South East Ontario region.
Map of our regionOur program operates out of the Kingston Community Health Centres and is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. We have approximately 20 peer leaders who facilitate workshops and training sessions, all of whom have taken and successfully completed all appropriate coursework and certifications.
