The Self-Management Program of Southeast Ontario offers free, practical health workshops that give you the tools and confidence to manage your health and well-being.

We offer a variety of trusted, expert-led sessions covering topics many aspects of physical and mental health. These workshops are designed to help you stay independent, informed, and in control.
Want to Get Involved?
We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to join us as facilitators, both online and in-person. We welcome community members and staff who are interested in leading health workshops for the Southeast Ontario community. Lived experience is preferred, and we offer free training and a small honorarium. If you’re interested, we’d love to hear from you!
