Il s'agit d'un atelier unique de 2,5 heures qui enseigne aux participants des techniques de soulagement de la douleur à l'aide de techniques cognitivo-comportementales (TCC) et des principes de la pleine conscience. Le programme vous aidera à gérer votre douleur et à améliorer votre qualité de vie.
